As a Senior UX Designer at moodley, I help both large companies and start-ups to optimize their digital products with human centred design in mind. While I mainly concentrate on UX and solution design I also take part in the design direction and visual design phase of product design. Besides that I also do UX and Design Thinking consulting for various clients and product teams.

As a Senior UI / UX Designer at Roromedia, I was able to help a large number of companies from various areas to optimize their digital products, implement marketing goals, implement sales funnels and generate leads. My main task is to implement marketing and sales strategies using eCommerce and content management solutions.

In addition to the managerial function of the commercial FM, I was responsible as a decentralized product owner for the development and implementation of a project management tool for construction projects. The user interface as well as the database architecture and the underlying workflows and processes were designed by me. The development of the web app was carried out by an external web agency in Drupal 8. As a project manager, I was the link between the developers and the users. Furthermore, I was responsible for the planning, control and management of an annual department budget of ~ € 100 million. In this role, 6 employees reported directly to me.
