About
For over a decade, I’ve been navigating the evolving landscape of design, from graphic design to digital projects and now UX. One constant guides me: creating solutions that feel intuitive, accessible, and, dare I say, delightful.
Design is more than aesthetics; it’s about empathy: understanding how people interact with the world and crafting experiences that solve problems seamlessly. My work thrives at the intersection of creativity and practicality, collaborating in Agile environments to bridge user needs with business goals.
Whether ensuring designs are usable by everyone or pushing boundaries, I’m driven by one simple idea: design should work for people, not the other way around.
I’m always learning, experimenting, and adapting, because design, like the world it shapes, is never static.
Projects
A spotlight on how user research and collaboration enhanced the usability of the administrator task for assigning additional staff roles during the district and school bulk roster import process in HMH’s Ed platform, despite limitations.
As part of a Fjord project, I designed a cross-enterprise omni-channel solution to help CPG clients optimise digital commerce performance and unlock new growth. The focus of my work was on the discovery and define stages.
With the Nexus team, I designed and maintained the UI for both the Innovation Navigator website – Accenture's internal platform for employee innovation – and the Innovation Quarterly e-zine, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across both. Additionally, I developed a UI kit to streamline future design for all.
Smarketing Cloud empowers businesses to connect with customers across all channels. This project aimed to improve user engagement and platform adoption by redesigning the CRM and creating a seamless onboarding experience.

Education
The course covered the real world environments of a UX project. These included: UX principles, user research, analysis frameworks, interaction design, prototyping and wire-framing. I gained an in-depth knowledge of key UX skills, concepts and how to bring a user-centred mindset to product design projects.
Over the course of this period, I created a body of work that covered the levels and methods used to solve the challenges pragmatically aided by User Experience design.
During this course I produced a portfolio of project work through extensive team-based practical experience working on industry-assigned projects with businesses and organisations.
This programme provides the opportunity to work in cross-functional virtual teams (Coders, Managers, Marketers, Sales Professionals and Designers).
Modules included UX and Concept Design, Front End Development, Digital Marketing and Training & Facilitation.
