Projects
Snuggle is a data-driven pet food analytics for pet owners. I created this project for my thesis study at CCA's BFA program. Hoping to extend it further.
Work Experience
● Led the design of GraphWear’s general wellness app with AI, from early-stage prototyping to
pixel-perfect UI handoffs;
● Conducted user research & market research, auditing the competitive landscape and
synthesizing information to drive design decisions;
● Piloted the design of the GraphWear CGM commercial app for diabetic patients (data
visualization, mobile, iOS), making sure the app fulfills FDA regulatory standards;
● Revamped the UI and IA of the GraphWear internal testing apps, significantly improved
usability;
● Established & maintained design system (icon, logo, color & typography);
● Drafted various user flows, consumer journey maps, and ecosystem maps to provide insights
into the product roadmap;
● Designed the 2021 version of CCA Interaction Design program guide.
● Led the graphic design of 3 pet products. Products showed up at the Pet Fair Asia 2020
representing the company;
● Visualized designs through sketches, renderings and other prototyping tools.
