Redefined and revamped the online purchasing experience of Bone, a leading fitness merchandise company in Taiwan, as a business consultant.

• Built an app solving high school students' pain points regarding career exploration with five other engineers and 1 researcher by the agile approach.

• Identified high school students' needs and frustration, collected 700+ questionnaires, and interviewed 20+ potential end users.

• Implemented remote user tests for three rounds and received feedback from a total of 30+ real end-users.

• Built and designed an AI Martech platform (8ndpoint)  from 0 to 1, cooperated with the design team, engineering team and data science team.

• Delivered and maintained customized data-prediction platforms for global e-commerce brands.

• Explored AI product opportunities and go-to-market strategies through interviews with 10+ data scientists/business analyses across e-commerce, consulting and semiconductor industry.

• Acquired and retained key clients by building collaboration & analysis features closely with product and engineer team.

• Designed high-quality features’ user experience and interfaces based on user interviews and their behavior.

• Elevated the efficiency of the product team through the refinement of workflow processes and enhancement of the internal documentation system.
