I’m a Sr. Product Designer with an engineering perspective and a creative problem solving approach currently navigating the complexities in FinTech and simplifying them as I go.

Work Experience

2021 — Now
Remote

Developed and implemented a vision and strategy for a new product in an emerging market, collaborating closely with product and commercial teams to identify market needs, commercial opportunities, and monetization strategies.

Crafted product vision concepts with global reach, leveraging work from other portfolios and teams, and initiating cross team conversations to minimize dependency and sharing capabilities.

Led over 10 research studies including, generative research, surveys, concept and usability testing.

Facilitated workshops with teams to create customer empathy and shared understanding of problems, as well as co-design sessions to collaboratively ideate and share ownership of the vision.

Led and facilitated design audits, user research, and co-design sessions and created design system utilization plans and high-fidelity designs for a global platform modernization project.

Helped identify research needs, create research plans, screeners, and scripts, and synthesize and create insight reports.

Assisted in strategic discovery for a data mapping tool.

Wellington

Designed the onboarding experience of wealth clients, including the design of a workflow tool for processing and maintaining client data by the CX team.

Helped build a component library as a step towards a functional Design System. Designed various brand assets such as graphics, emails etc. for brand and marketing.

Involved in hiring and mentoring design interns through the Summer of Tech program.

2018 — 2019
Wellington

Created digital assets to improve the end user experience for ANZ employees that included redesigning internal web based applications and administrative tools.

These designs were created following UX methodologies and Human Centered Design principles to improve usability, engagement and retention factors while creating moments of delight.
