Clear objectives
For DHB Bank it was clear that design for financial trust should be drastically improved in order to have a better user experience. The website plays a vital role in the acquisition stage and it was important that creating good journeys would lead to better insights. Lots of informational clutter needed to be reduced by being clear and quick with progressive disclosure.
