### **About Unriddle**

Unriddle helps researchers make breakthrough discoveries faster. We are a single platform to find, understand and produce research papers.

In just one year, we’ve grown to $1M ARR and 1.5M users. We’re growing 20% month-over-month and our users include teams at Stanford, GSK and Johns Hopkins.

We use language models to surface and breakdown relevant information, suggest novel connections between papers and automate rote research tasks. This free’s up headspace for higher reasoning and insight - essentially expanding the researcher’s mental RAM and letting them load larger problems into memory.

We’re starting with software to read, write and find papers, but our ultimate goal is to build the researcher of the future: a human-AI hybrid that’s an order of magnitude more effective than any single researcher.

And we just closed a $2.4M seed round with participation from Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, Tom Preston-Werner (co-founder of Github) and Steve Huffman (co-founder and CEO of Reddit).

### **About the role**

We’re looking for a product designer to help us shape the future of science. We are not just looking for someone to churn out Figma screens. We’re looking for someone who we can lean on for all things visuals -- from the design of a sticker to the feeling of an animation in the product.

As a founding member of the team, you'll make a significant impact as we rapidly scale revenue from $1M to $10M and then $10M to $100M+.

In this role, you’ll:

* Lead end-to-end product design projects and work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.

* Work directly with users and translate their needs into tangible user flows and actionable product decisions, directly impacting product direction.

* Create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals for your features and improvements.

* Help evolve our brand and visuals and implement in Framer for marketing, company information, new launches and fun experiments.

You’re likely a good fit if you:

* You move fast, have a strong bias for action and don’t shy away from stepping on toes.

* Live and breath pixels with excellent taste for well-crafted interaction design and UI details.

* Have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.

We’re based in San Francisco but have members of the team in Europe too. We offer premium healthcare (medical, dental, etc.), flexible working hours and office space with a beautiful view of the SF marina and Golden Gate bridge.
