Mid-Level Designer

We are looking for a designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

You will report to the Associate Creative Directors and will be responsible for playing a role in the strategy, conception and design of Tractorbeam’s creative work. We are looking for a designer that can think big picture and create beautiful work that expands across all marketing channels. We have a mixture of creative clients and production-type clients, and this role would be a balance between the two types of work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute projects from concept/creation to execution

• Work with Creative Director to define priorities and meet deadlines

• Must be able to effectively communicate with both design and strategy team members

• Participate in art reviews with team members, while providing constructive and positive feedback

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Strong, creative design sense for premium products and brands

• Good eye for detail with ability to see the big picture

• Expert at Typography, strong conceptual abilities, remarkable art direction skills

• Highly detailed-oriented, organized and has excellent follow-through

• Strong collaboration and influence skills; able to build effective relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must. Experience in Figma a must. Front-end web/UI, Blender, video editing, etc. a plus.

• Proactive in nature and driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines

• Optimistic, energetic and naturally brings the fun to the office
