About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead a core set of projects. You'll ultimately own the outcomes for the products we build—ensuring they're performant, well-crafted, thoughtful solutions to real problems our users encounter.

You'll be responsible for leading teams through all stages of the product development process: determining the problems we're solving, why we're solving them, and therefore what we're building, as well as how.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive Tome’s product strategy in close partnership with the founders and the product team.

• Plan and prioritize work alongside Engineering and Design in order to ship high quality products at a fast pace.

• Develop and track metrics that ladder up to the company’s objectives.

• Gather and translate insights from users to prioritize product features that attract and retain customers.

• Help to establish the Product Management culture and hiring process at Tome.

• You are comfortable using qualitative data (e.g. user feedback) and quantitative data (e.g. metrics, analytics) to make decisions.

• You are motivated to grow and operate with autonomy in an often-unpredictable, fast paced environment.
