Who You Are

We’re looking for a senior full stack software engineer with experience owning projects end-to-end. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design, and play a critical role in building the world’s best email management platform. You are entrepreneurial, thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and execute at an A-level. Like us, you value beautiful, clean UI and high-performing, responsive, and maintainable software.

You Will

• Deliver core customer-facing features in our product

• Improve product performance by building new features, and re-factoring existing code

• Participate in code reviews, providing helpful and constructive feedback to maintain (and improve) code quality

• Work closely with the product team to create an incredible user experience that delights our customers

• Operate as an individual contributor alongside a best-in-class software development team

• Make a significant impact in the development of our product

You Have

• A passion for programming and solving problems with code

• Impressive attention to detail, and a desire to build pixel-perfect products

• Strong JavaScript, React, and TypeScript fundamentals

• Experience solving problems end-to-end with little-to-no oversight

• A love for technology, and an excitement for building new tools to solve real problems

• Experience working with email, messaging, or communication platforms is a huge plus

• Screening call with Chris, Tatem's founder (30 minutes)

• Technical screen with Jon, Tatem's founding engineer (45 minutes)

• Virtual "onsite" with technical exercise (2 hours)

• Paid work trial (2-6 weeks)
