About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product designer to join our team of three designers. As the most senior designer on the team, you will be the primary owner of the core product, which includes our hero Surveys product, our new Replay product, and the dashboard and design system.

You will report to the Head of Design and work closely with the product manager and engineers on the Core product team.

This role is based in office in San Francisco or New York City with flexibility to work remote 1-2 days per week.

Your Impact

  • Elevate our new Replays product (launched in May 2023) from its initial release to become best-in-class.

  • Simplify the process of installing and launching studies on Sprig

  • Steward the Sprig dashboard and design system, finding ways to make it more intuitive, polished, and delightful

  • Identify and then solve opportunities for the Sprig product to be more effective at helping users achieve their goals

Your Strengths

  • 7+ years of product design experience

  • The ability to solve complex design problems, creating simple and impactful solutions

  • A holistic, analytical decision-making process that incorporates user goals, business goals, technical constraints, and inputs such as data, user research, and intuition

  • The ability to work quickly and be scrappy, autonomous, and collaborative

  • Great intuition for visual and interaction design

Employee Pay Disclosure

The base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $200,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
