Our mission is to protect everyone's ability to access the global free and open internet, and do so truly sustainably, with integrity, and with wisdom encompassing the long-term.
Snowstorm is a decentralized microproxy network. Already proven in crisis zones, it must now evolve into a next-generation system and internet freedom tool.

What does a typical day in the life of your team look like?
Exceptionally intense and challenging, met with unwavering work ethic. Often punishingly difficult long hours of problem solving. This is the price of doing real things, and solving true problems for the world. If you are looking for a normal Silicon Valley job, look elsewhere.
However, if you are world-class at what you do, and your heart is in the work, then perhaps we should talk.
How does your team stay connected when working remotely?
Automations and integrations are well-thought out between various communication & organizational methods and platforms, plus up-to-date best practices. We prune useless meetings, which we have as few as possible. No-bs. Honest high-impact respectful communication. Maximizing, valuing each others time and each others' success.
Share an interesting side project from a team member
The first AI integrated piano concerto performance + live brainwaves with a full orchestra. Our founder, Serene, is also a self-taught concert pianist. Serene presented this as her debut at the Vienna Konzerthaus in Summer of 2023, and an iteration of this concept with Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 2 in Romania in front of ~8000 people.
