The Product Design team at Sana is growing! We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help our members connect to high quality care.

This role spans from discovery to implementation, with ownership, autonomy, and thoughtful direct collaboration with PMs, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the process. You won't be spending weeks on tweaking UI details in this role – we want someone with an iterative mindset who is ready to hop into member interviews, research, and experiments. Someone who understands that true value lies in getting solutions to our members so we can learn from them – and knows that path often wins over design perfection.
