What you'll do:

• Build bridges between the design team and product, engineering and marketing teams to find consistent, elegant but practical solutions

• Be an equal participant in the rethinking of the product strategy and platform

• Mentor product designers and take care of their growth

• Build and integrate strong UX expertise for product development

• Lead the scaling of the entire design system and UX of the platform

• Recruit new talent and scale the design team

• Get your hands "dirty" (this is not a management-only position)
