Role Overview

RepRally, a VC-backed technology startup based in New York City, is a centralized platform that simplifies the sale and distribution of consumer-leading brands. As we scale exponentially, we’re expanding our team with key hires, particularly in our early engineering and product design teams. Our success is underpinned by a nimble team of elite talent, backed by leading vertical investors including Infinity Ventures, Indicator Ventures, Mu Ventures, and Clocktower Ventures.

In line with our growth, we’re seeking an elite Senior Product Designer to lead the design and enhancement of our mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for our brands, rep users, and retail customers. This role is pivotal in addressing user-related feedback and design challenges, while also crafting scalable design processes that bolster the efficiency of our product development and ensure high levels of user satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs and can work closely with our cross-functional teams to bring these designs to life.

*This role is based in NYC, and is on-site (remote will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design projects across mobile and web platforms, focusing on creating intuitive and compelling user experiences.

• Engage in user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent and effective design execution.

• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects in mobile and web platforms, ideally within tech companies or marketplace platforms.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
