Interviewing at Ramp
Application

Introductory Conversation
If your application is a good fit for the role, our Talent team will schedule a 30-minute conversation to discuss your experience, goals, and motivations. You should bring your questions about Ramp and the opportunity as well! You can expect a response within 1-4 business days after this chat.
Skills Assessment
If there's a potential match after the introduction conversation, you'll move to a Skills Assessment tailored to the role, such as an interview with a Hiring Manager, a case study, or a live coding exercise. The goal is to get an initial baseline on your skills and expertise and ensure they align with the role's competencies. The Talent team will guide you through expectations for the interview and provide a decision within a week.
Interview Panel
In the final stage, you'll participate in 3-6 interviews with multiple team members over 1-2 days. These interviews will dive into your expertise and may include mock exercises, technical challenges, or presentations. Before the interview panel, your recruiter will sit down with you for a call and prepare you on what to expect so you have context going in.
Decision
Following your final interview panel, our team will debrief and give you a decision within 3 to 5 days. If the result is positive with a decision to hire, we will start conversations about the offer process!
