Visual & UI Designer at Pienso

Your Role at Pienso:

As a Visual Designer at Pienso, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product’s visual identity, ensuring it reflects our core values of sophistication, innovation, and quality. Your design expertise will help create an intuitive and visually appealing user interface that makes it easy for our customers to harness the power of LLMs.

What You Will Do:

• Spearhead an overhaul of the Pienso product’s visual identity by  establishing, implementing, and maintaining a design system.

• Turn low- and mid-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity interface mockups.

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our LLM platform, focusing on clarity, visual appeal, and ease of use.

• Work closely with our Design and Influence teams to ensure our platform is at the forefront of design innovation and delivers an exceptional user experience.

• Lead visual design projects that contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform, with a focus on user engagement, content relevancy, and the integration of the latest LLM advancements.

• Work with the rest of the design team to evolve Pienso’s long-term product vision, design systems, brand guidelines, and internal design collaboration process in the pursuit of elevated user satisfaction and delight.

• Develop visual assets for various channels—including digital platforms, marketing materials, and event displays—to maintain and promote a brand identity that is consistent, cohesive, and compelling.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices—particularly within the tech and LLM industries—to help position Pienso at the forefront of design excellence in digital product design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and experience in designing user interfaces for web or mobile applications

• Excellent graphic design, visual communication, and functional reasoning skills, with excellent attention to detail

• High quality of work and superior visual design aesthetics

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (i.e. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and how to apply them to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

• A genuine interest in technology and AI, particularly LLMs, and their potential to transform various industries

• Experience with low and high-fidelity prototyping.

Bonus:

• Experience implementing a UI design system

• Experience with motion design or 3D design (Dimension, Spline, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc)
