Description
  • Job Title: Jr Art Director / Graphic Designer

  • Company: NOAT

  • Location: Remote (Ideally United Kingdom or Sweden)

  • Job Type: Full-Time

About NOAT:

NOAT is a venture-backed start-up working to reduce tobacco-related harm. We create innovative, sustainable nicotine pouches launching in the EU/UK this Autumn. NOAT recently closed one of Europe’s largest consumer seed rounds for 2024, led by some of the world's most reputable VCs and global celebrities. Our team has a unique culture, filled with true collegiality, vision and a lot of grit. We move fast and treasure the uniqueness of each other.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Jr Art Director / Graphic Designer to join the creative team at NOAT. With significant creative freedom, you will work across all customer touchpoints – from product experience to content creation. You will become a key player in the team, working to bring NOAT’s brand and message to life in impactful ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development: Conquer creative briefs with disruptive concepts that push the brand forward in exciting ways.

  • Creation: Bring your ideas to life. Create visually stunning and unexpected campaigns, content and activations.

  • Implementation: Find creative hacks to make NOAT initiatives reach further – whether through suitable partnerships, smart use of algorithms or other ways – you’re always seeking the 1+1=3 effect.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Portfolio showcasing impactful creative concepts and beautiful execution.

  • Passionate about creativity.

  • Multi-skilled: Ability to film, shoot stills, retouch, edit video, animate etc.

  • A strong network of collaborators and creators.

  • Ability to organise and operate partnerships as the main point of contact.

  • Zeitgeist-obsessed. Ability to connect cultural dots and see things before they happen.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently: A “make things happen” attitude.

  • High integrity & easy to be around

Experience:

  • We’re more interested in what you’ve done and why, rather than for how long.

  • If you pursue any creative passion projects outside work we’d love to hear about them.

Education:

  • Got a degree in creative marketing? Great.

  • Are you a “misfit” who found your path without university? Great, too.

  • Excellent taste, skills and mentality/personality are the key traits we’re looking for, regardless of how you achieved them.

Salary/Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.

  • Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.

  • Professional development support and career growth opportunities.

Application Process:

To apply, please attach your Portfolio, CV and cover letter (we actually read them) detailing your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role. If you cannot attach these, please send them to careers@noat.com to be considered.

This job is posted elsewhere and may be removed at any time.
