We are NeueHaus, a curated network for expert freelancers and creative entrepreneurs working at the intersection of tech, design and creative industries. In a nutshell: Think of Soho House meets LinkedIn (but make it 2025). We started our journey in Berlin in early 2024 and are continuously growing our base of creative leaders and clients who are looking for specific, rare talent. Several times a year, we host private events in a bespoke and experiential settings to connect the community on- and offline.

At the base of our offer we are developing a networking and collaboration tool with innovative features that will empower and grow our member base. We’re looking for a freelance engineer to help us bring this project to life as soon as possible. The ideal candidate has Full Stack Development experience, working with LLMs and databases processing rich user data. We’re looking for someone with a heightened sense for aesthetic and design, as it’s the core of our business. Depending on the impact delivered, we can offer the possibility of developing the position into a fractional role.

Requirements:

• Solid JavaScript skills, both backend and frontend.

• Advanced skills in building search algorithms and complex data structures.

• Experience using LLMs for AI-powered algorithms.

• Experience building mobile applications (Swift or React Native)

• Experience with self-hosted architecture and Docker.

• Experience with building beautiful UIs complete with interactions.
