We're seeking a senior SvelteKit developer with strong back-end experience, adept at delivering new features in 3-week cycles, designing scalable systems, and ensuring seamless collaboration for secure, high-performance applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Work in 3-week cycles

• Implement new features from a backlog already documented

• Design and develop scalable, robust back-end systems and APIs

• Collaborate on a daily basis with a team of product managers, engineers, and UI/UX designers to understand business requirements, user experience goals and pain points

• Ability to develop secure apps and backend APIs

• Build reusable components and libraries for future use

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic efficiently

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Contribute to the development of client-side components when necessary, ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop

🚨 Required Skills

• Svelte, SvelteKit

• Javascript ES6 / TypeScript

• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and data modeling

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for seamless integration

• GraphQL & REST API concepts and implementation patterns

• Testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright

• In-depth knowledge of web application security principles, practices, and standards, including but not limited to OAuth and JWT
