A Senior Designer at Monogram will:

• Have ownership of various projects across the web app and mobile app space

• Work alongside the Creative Director for delivering badass designs

• Manage a small and close team of Junior designers

• Take client calls and sometimes lead them too, converting client feedback into good design decisions

• Grow and flourish and be given clear and concise feedback with actionable reasons behind it
