One of our most popular team rituals is the "power talk," where a team member presents a subject they've learned to the rest of the team. Additionally, we play virtual games to engage with each other and do team retros every 2 weeks.

These rituals allow our team to have fun, share knowledge, insights, and experiences, and ultimately foster a culture of continuous learning and personal growth while building stronger connections with each other.

Our day starts with a daily standup at 9 am, where we set the tone for the day ahead. We discuss ongoing projects, deadlines, and any updates or issues that need to be addressed; but also some funny stories and encounters. It's also not uncommon to have a dog or two join our meetings.

After the daily meeting, our team has the flexibility to work around their personal lives. Whether it's going to the gym or dropping off their kids at school, we encourage our team members to accommodate their personal affairs.

We encourage our team members to attend conferences, workshops, and courses by providing a yearly budget. We understand that keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices is essential for our team members to excel in their roles.
