The Team

We are a multi-headed team of writers, editors, operation and brand managers, and events, community, and creative leads.

What does your workplace look like?

We're spread across the U.S. and Canada, from Brooklyn, New York to Austin and Houston in Texas, to San Francisco, Toronto, and Salt Lake City. We coordinate over myriad Slack channels (including many temporary ones) and catch up on Zoom at least once a week to brainstorm wild ideas. Most of us have only met once in person, but we still find ways to connect, whether that's sending a gift when times are tough or surprising people with merch from events. And sometimes, we even get competitive playing really difficult drawing games over Zoom.

What does a typical day in the life of your team look like?

Some days are spent in full creative mode, ideating wild projects and thinking about how to bring them to life. Other days are spent in execution mode — shipping tweets, newsletters, ad copy, virtual events. No two days are the same.

What is your team mission?

We want the world to know why better banking* can lead to better business outcomes, whether we're making it easier to give your team members around the world their own cards with custom limits, allowing you to search your transactions for exactly the vendor you're looking for, or helping you switch between all of your side hustle accounts in less than three clicks.
