About the Role

We are currently seeking a creative and detail oriented contract designer to join the team part-time and work directly with the Head of Marketing. In this role, the Brand Designer will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing creative designs and marketing campaigns for the growing company.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a strong identity and creative strategy for brand and across all touchpoints

• Design and create visual assets for web, digital ads, social media, email campaigns, case studies, GTM collateral, presentations, and other channels and media to support our coordinated sales and marketing strategies.

• Analyze the performance of your work and apply a data-driven approach to your projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proven track record of creating visually compelling designs for various marketing channels and mediums.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.

• Strong understanding of UX design principles, with experience designing user-friendly website experiences that drive conversions.

This role will require 10-40 hours per month, depending on volume of needs.
