We are a crew of product designers, brand designers, strategists, producers, and researchers.

Don't go it alone

We are non-competitive and depend on each other to move forward. Ask for help, create space for others to contribute, and support one another when they need time away.

People come first

We put people first, in our designs and in our jobs. How we build depends on who we are building for — we aren't afraid to ask hard questions, and build with inclusion as default, not an afterthought

Autonomy as a team

We trust in each others' expertise, and are honest about what we don't know. We take ownership in our work, knowing it will move the whole team forward. We embrace everyone's personal expression and celebrate it wholeheartedly.

Work in the open

We believe that transparency is a precursor to inclusion. We value the messy part of the design process, and believe sharing the messy bits with the team leads to the whole team learning.
