• As the first Product Designer at Kolet, you'll have the opportunity to shape the product that will serve millions of customers from around the globe

• Transform ideas into products at Kolet by participating in all phases of development (from conception to deployment) ensuring a user-centric approach

• Prototype on Figma and conduct user research sessions to test ideas upstream and ensure the launch of quality features

• Measure the success of product initiatives in collaboration with tech and product teams to continuously improve the product

• Be an advocate for simplicity through design

You’ll be reporting to our CTPO and you will work very closely with the Brand & marketing team, to ensure brand consistency on all the touch points

The ideal candidate 🌟

• 4+ yrs industry experience in software interface design. Please apply even if you have less years of experience (sometimes a year of work in the right place is worth 10)

• Experience designing consumer products and ideally for a global audience (multi-language, multi time-zone) that spans from 4 year olds until 99+ year olds

• Demonstrable understanding of systems thinking. You'll need a deep understanding of common UI patterns, and which UI patterns map best to a given scenario. Experience working with an established design system is a plus

• Experience running quantitative and qualitative research with usability testing, analysis, interviews and field studies

• Self-motivated and proactive about fulfilling design needs across product, website and other supports

• Working knowledge of modern design tools. We use Figma, Slack and Notion at Kolet

• Bonus: experience in telecoms and technical proficiency (but really not needed)
