👋 Hey there! We’re a cross-functional team of designers and researchers distributed across the U.S., and we stay connected through weekly standups, critiques, and team hangouts.
Each member of the team brings a little something to the table: Megan, Rachel, and Yumeng work closely with Kandji's product squads to deliver mission-critical products and features. Jackie and Robin lead all aspects of Kandji’s design system, improving the experience for users and internal teams alike. Kathryn and Becky collaborate across the R&D org to drive UX research and deliver user insights.
With team members in multiple time zones, we enjoy flexible working hours and promote a healthy work-life balance. Our tools include Figma, Figjam, Zoom, Maze, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.

What is the product you’re building?
Kandji’s platform allows IT professionals to manage and secure Apple devices at scale, with powerful tools that automate their workflows.
Our products enable IT admins to provide their end-users with an Apple-like work experience including onboarding, login, and software applications. This team gets to consider all aspects of these touchpoints across the web, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS!
Tell us about your design system
We have a core front-end enablement team that is dedicated to working on Nectar, our design system. Our Figma library takes advantage of the latest component features and properties and is connected to our engineering libraries that allow our teams to closely collaborate and co-create. We are also constructing our documentation that will help guide our teams in crafting a cohesive experience across our product.
What advice would you give to people who want to join your team?
