  • Role: Front End Engineer in a B2B web3 startup, with focus on complex problems and web UI

  • Compensation: $180K - $220K CAD OTE (plus equity)

The Role

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, user-centric web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

  • Collaborate with UX designers and follow wireframes and designs from tools like Figma to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

  • Implement and manage frontend state to ensure seamless user experience and efficient data handling.

  • Utilize and contribute to component libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across the application.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

  • Engage in code reviews and collaborate with the team to enhance code quality and maintainability.

  • Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and best practices in UX design.

The Skills

Hard Requirements

    • years working on production web applications

  • Can be autonomous and solve problems independently

  • Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript and frameworks like React.

  • Experience in working with UX design tools such as Figma.

  • Strong understanding of frontend state management patterns and libraries.

  • Familiarity with responsive design and implementation.

  • Keen eye for design and user experience details.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Bonus

  • Strong understanding of React

  • Experience with web3 technologies or crypto-related projects.
