### **The Role**

* Develop and maintain high-quality, user-centric web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

* Collaborate with UX designers and follow wireframes and designs from tools like Figma to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

* Implement and manage frontend state to ensure seamless user experience and efficient data handling.

* Utilize and contribute to component libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across the application.

* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

* Engage in code reviews and collaborate with the team to enhance code quality and maintainability.

* Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and best practices in UX design.

### **The Skills**

**Hard Requirements**

* + years working on production web applications

* Can be autonomous and solve problems independently

* Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products

* Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript and frameworks like React.

* Experience in working with UX design tools such as Figma.

* Strong understanding of frontend state management patterns and libraries.

* Familiarity with responsive design and implementation.

* Keen eye for design and user experience details.

* Strong written and oral communication skills.

* Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

**Bonus**

* Strong understanding of React

* Experience with web3 technologies or crypto-related projects.

* Contributions to open-source projects or component libraries.

* You enjoy working in startups and have been part of a team during its growth stage
