At Humaans, we want to empower People teams to create a customisable HR stack by offering flexibility and scalability to seamlessly integrate with other best in class platforms and point solutions, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Greenhouse, Lattice, DocuSign and more. The stack enables companies to manage employee data, documents, contracts, reporting, and people processes that power your entire HR structure.
We have raised $20 million in VC funding to date. How does your team maintain a high bar for quality?
We’re fortunate to have two hands-on founders with a passion (and obsession) for detail and beautiful design. They have set the bar high and as we grow, everyone on the team is charged and trusted with the responsibility to maintain and further this level of quality.
We're all about keeping it real for our users, we stay close to them, listen to their feedback, and make sure our designs always hit the mark.

How does your team work with product and engineering?
Lots of Figma, Slack and Zoom. We design, build and repeat. Our design and engineering teams combine to become the product team. Everyone has a say in how the product will ultimately work and gets to give input. We try to create short feedback loops when designing and developing, we think big and then start small, and release on a daily basis allowing our teams to create high quality product and improve it over time.
