What you'll do

• Work directly with the founders and lead Hearth’s design process

• Iterate on product sketches and prototypes and drive implementation with the engineering team

• Tackle complex product problems and build intuitive, user-friendly solutions that enable users to visualize and act on their networks

• Design product concepts that balance vision, innovation, and speed

• Coordinate with the engineering team to turn designs into reality

You should

• Be able to quickly iterate and implement new design concepts

• Be a detail-oriented and opinionated technical designer with a passion for building beautiful products and rapid design iterations

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Design Engineer or similar role

• Be a designer who can code: Next.js, React, HTML, CSS, Webflow

• Possess an in-depth understanding of the web and product development process
