We are a team of 7 designers coming together to empower ecommerce businesses to deliver exceptional customer support.
Our team is distributed across Paris, Lisbon, Edinburgh, Los Angeles and New York, and each of us bring diverse backgrounds and experiences that allows us to approach design challenges from multiple angles to find unique solutions.

When not designing, Antonio is riding a bike 🚲 or shooting some random footage 📸. Iris is traveling with friends ✈️ or salsa dancing 💃. Jason is riding his motorcycle 🏍️ or working on a DIY project 🏠. Lisa is reading books about cognitive psychology and neuroscience 🧠 or watercolor painting 🎨. Marika is baking 🍰 or spending time with her dogs 🐼. and Vanessa is knitting 🧶 or playing the piano 🎹.
How does your team stay connected when working remotely?
It can be challenging to keep track of how everyone's doing or what projects they're working on while working remotely and in different squads. We strive to maintain unity as a team and strengthen our bonds through a few rituals:

What does your workplace look like?
We have offices in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Here's our team having some fun in Paris ✨
How does your team work with product and engineering?
We work in squads alongside a product manager, engineering manager and engineers.
Our process is highly collaborative – we partner with PMs to conduct discovery, define problem spaces and solutions. Engineering is involved in the concept creation phase and lead the implementation of the project.
