After our huge success on iOS, we are finally bringing our product to Android, Web & Windows platforms. We are looking for a talented Product Designer to help deliver the same world-class product for cross-platform as our iOS product. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering on one of our most frequent user requests.
What you’ll do

Work in an autonomous team to define problems, research, prototype, and support during delivery over 6-week cycles (made of 3 x 2-week sprints)

Discover opportunities and insight from interviews, workshops, usability tests and new research techniques

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and product strategy

Make sense of complex problems and cut through to simple solutions

Deliver complete, high-fidelity design solutions that solve user goals and meet business needs

Contribute improvements to our design system and other DesignOps processes

Help foster our design culture with knowledge-sharing, peer support, sharing in weekly Design Review, Design Feedback sessions, and unwinding in weekly Designer Aligner sessions
Preferred requirements

Designed products that have gotten love letters from your users

Experience designing products across more than one platform (web and mobile)

A great storyteller comfortable explaining rationale and getting buy-in from stakeholders on product vision

Production experience working with engineers to deliver projects from start to end

Iterated and led product cycle from conducting and analysing user research to validating hypotheses via prototypes to shipping high fidelity designs to production

Experience working autonomously; documenting design specifications, and communicating async

Comfortable facilitating design workshops with team members and stakeholders

A strong understanding of visual design (colour, layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, etc.)

Fluency in design and prototyping tools (we use Figma)

Bonus: experience designing for accessibility, a strong understanding of Windows and Android design conventions, experience scaling design systems
