### **Position Overview:**

We are looking for a talented Senior Visual Designer with 6-8 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a passion for creating visually compelling and user-centered designs. You will work collaboratively with our design, development, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet our business goals and enhance our brand presence.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Design Execution:** Lead design projects from initial concept through to final delivery. Produce high-quality designs for digital and print media, including websites, marketing materials, and social media content.

* **Collaboration:** Working closely with other designers, Motion graphic team, marketers, ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

* **Mentorship:** Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and helping to improve their design skills.

* **Concept Development:** Create and present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes. Ensure designs are innovative and meet user needs and business goals.

* **Presentation:** You’ll present creative work to internal stakeholders and will guide them through the creative process to deliver stellar creative work.

* **Brand Alignment:** Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across various platforms and mediums.

* **Feedback and Iteration:** Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and enhance usability.

* **Market Awareness:** Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices. Apply new insights to improve design processes and outputs.

### **Requirements:**

* **Experience:** 6-8 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills across various projects and platforms.

* **Skills:** Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

* **Creativity:** Ability to generate creative solutions and deliver designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

* **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions.

* **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
