What we're looking for

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join Forma. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our app's visual identity and user experience. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to create a cohesive and visually appealing product that aligns with our brand.

Your responsibilities

• Please ensure branding and visual design throughout the app, including typography, color palettes, icons, and imagery, create a cohesive and visually appealing user interface.

• Work closely with the development team to understand and contribute to the system design, ensuring the app is scalable and maintainable.

• Create user-friendly and intuitive user interfaces.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user flows, and design wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate the desired functionality and user interactions.

• Apply user-centered design principles to conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the product continually.

• Ensure the app design complies with relevant accessibility guidelines and standards, making it accessible to many users.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of icons and iconography, ensuring consistency and scalability across the app.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the visual and interactive aspects of the app.

• Could you work with the development team to ensure successful designs are implemented, providing support and clarification as needed?.

Skills we ask

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant Work.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience designing and creating user interfaces for mobile apps, preferably for iOS.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and user experience best practices.

• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards and experience designing inclusive and accessible interfaces.

• Experience creating and maintaining iconography libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability across various devices and platforms.

• Familiarity with system design principles and an understanding of how to create designs that are scalable and maintainable.

• Excellent visual design skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome design challenges.

• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies, with a passion for staying informed about the latest industry developments.

• You care about the business implications of anything you build. You don't go after the shiny stuff but see it as a balance of craft, speed, and the bottom line.

• 🇬🇧 + 🇪🇸 Proficient in both English and Spanish.

Bonus Points

• You are a "great artists ship" type of person — you value getting features into users' hands.

• Interest in health tech and or AI.

• Experience having worked on medical products 🩻 is a big plus.

• Passion for sports or tennis 🎾 is a plus but not required (but will probably be inevitable working on Forma).
