We're a joint product & design team that floats between problems an opportunities within the Customer Experience Solutions group at EverCommerce. We act as practitioners, customer advocates, and ambassadors for design thinking.

We hold a weekly company-wide "Product Lab" where we share work in progress, discuss the roadmap, share recent findings, or generally take questions. Goals are for transparency and un-siloed conversation, as well as advocacy for design and product thinking.

We're also generally an async-biased group, and seek to influence and inform via thorough documentation and compelling written and recorded narratives.
