The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Software Engineer with a front-end focus to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in pushing the boundaries of what the web platform can offer, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the Decipad app. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating cutting-edge web applications and excited by the challenge of solving complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and enhance the Decipad app using a modern technology stack including Typescript, React, GraphQL, Websockets, and Slate.js.

2. Work closely with remote integrations to deliver a seamless user experience.

3. Collaborate with product designers and the go-to-market team to iterate on product features and designs.

4. Tackle demanding technical challenges with perseverance and innovative solutions.

5. Contribute to a culture of exploration and creativity within the team.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proficient in front-end development with a strong understanding of Typescript, React, and GraphQL, along with most of the libraries we use.

2. Experience with real-time technologies such as Websockets and working with rich text editors like Slate.js.

3. Demonstrated ability to build complex, high-performance web applications.

4. Familiarity with remote integrations and the ability to work with diverse APIs.

5. A problem-solver mindset, not afraid to tackle demanding technical challenges.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
