What the job involves:

Development and execution of a community-based PLG strategy for Decipad, in line with company objectives and user needs
-
Building and managing online community platforms to foster engagement, facilitate user feedback, and enhance product adoption
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (like product, marketing, and customer success) to align community initiatives with broader company goals
-
Monitoring and analysing community metrics to understand user behaviour, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement of the PLG strategy
-
Working with commercial, marketing and product teams on defining and acquiring PQLs
-
Organising community events and initiatives to increase brand awareness, product adoption, and user loyalty
