What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone to lead our customer and partner experience as we get ready to bring Decipad to market!

  • Build the foundations of our customer experience: As an early member of our team, you'll work directly with the founders to define how we collaborate with our earliest customers, establish partnerships for growth and create a customer experience that is open, fun and rewarding.

  • Shape the future of our product: Engage with early adopters and our first customers, to understand their needs, pain points and drivers to shape what our product team builds next and help customers grow and succeed on the platform.

  • Wear many hats: As part of a small team, you will be able to shape the future of Decipad and inform our culture. We’re looking for someone that enjoys flexing across roles to make things happen!

You will

  • Define the customer experience across onboarding, education and growth.

  • Listen to our users to understand their needs and help shape what we build.

  • Drive strategies to inspire, engage and grow early customers.

  • Be an expert on our product to help customers and partners succeed.

  • Identify partnership opportunities and growth channels.

  • Implement processes and operations to support customers as we scale.

  • Work cross-functionally with product to educate customers on new capabilities.

  • Obsess over the future of data, numbers, no/low code and notebook-based solutions.

You might be a good fit for this role if you

  • Have significant experience in customer success, business development or product marketing for a SaaS product (preferably, in the productivity space!)

  • Very hands-on.

  • You’ve been a first or early hire at a start-up before.

  • You are extremely curious! You love getting to know new people and helping them solve their problems.

  • Experience collaborating with design and product to represent the customer voice.

  • Experience with data and numbers. You have the data chops to educate and help our users build on the platform.

  • You’ve built Customer Success playbooks or processes (preferably, for community lead products)

  • Are self-taught and have a continuous improvement mindset.
