The Role

Your primary focus will be developing complex business models on Decipad to create impactful use cases for our potential customers. You'll play a crucial role in qualifying and closing opportunities with customers and partners, offering both business and technical expertise through discovery calls and product demos. You'll also support users and collaborate with our business team to ensure we achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the product inside and out.

• Partner with the business team to articulate the overall Decipad value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.

• Develop and build complex business models tailored to various use cases on Decipad.

• Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Decipad can solve their pain points.

• Conduct independent calls with prospects to discuss use cases and product solutions.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing to the growth and development of our product.

• Help clients onboard the product and assist when they encounter roadblocks.

• Collaborate with product design and the go-to-market team to iterate on product features.

• Contribute to a culture of exploration and creativity within the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Currently enrolled in or having recently finished a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

• No prior experience is required, but a solid grasp of financial models and business plans is essential as you'll be building use cases for our potential customers

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business use cases and identify how our product can address them

• Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations and demos to both external customers and internal teams

• Creative problem-solving skills—new challenges will emerge daily, and you'll need to think on your feet

• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer calls and discussions

• Proactive mindset, comfortable taking initiative and working independently

• Genuine enthusiasm for our product and its capabilities

• Passion for technology, SaaS, and startups
