Daybreak is looking for an exceptionally talented senior brand strategist to collaborate with our brand team.

As a freelance Senior Brand Strategist, your expertise will drive brand strategy for client projects, crafting compelling narratives and visual assets that capture the essence of each project.

Your role is critical in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney, Topaz, and Runway as part of your process. You will be responsible for rapid asset preparation to visualize the strategic vision alongside leveraging your strong writing skills to shape brand language.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate brand strategy sessions with the brand team, translating insights into actionable brand narratives.

• Take charge of all copywriting duties, ensuring consistency and excellence across all communication channels.

• Utilize AI tools effectively to prepare assets, streamlining the creative process for the brand team.

• Persuasively present concepts to various internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of brand strategy experience including 2+ years at an agency.

• A proven track record of leading brand strategy discussions and projects that can be seen in your portfolio.

• Excellent copywriting skills with a proven track record of crafting compelling brand narratives that can be seen in your portfolio.

• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney, Topaz, and Runway for asset creation.

• Adept at working in a fast-paced, technology-first environment, with a flexible approach to remote collaboration.

• Passionate about innovation, with a desire to explore new tools and techniques in brand strategy.

• Bonus, you have expertise in one of the following: web design, motion design, coding, and 3D design
