Our team practices regular asynchronous and fully remote work. We’re spread across 4+ countries and 3 continents, so clear communication is critical. We regularly utilize async video (Loom and ZipMessage), screensharing, audio messages, and Slack to communicate with clients across numerous time zones, and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
