We’re hiring our first full-time product designer motivated by the opportunity to reimagine a decades-old industry, solve complex problems, and deliver top-class experiences for our customers that love what we're building.

This is a ground-floor opportunity in a high-growth company. You will work directly with lean, cross-functional teams to own significant portions of our product. You will help define our strategic direction, identify key problems to solve, and ship intuitive solutions directly to customers.

🎨 What you'll do:

• You will join a lean, fast-moving team as full-time designer #1

• Take ownership of large areas of a complex, impactful product

• Find elegant solutions to user problems, design from first principles, and think critically from the user's perspective

• Embody a customer-centric design approach throughout the design lifecycle

• Work across the entire design stack, including speccing, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals through to release

• Prototype multiple visual and UX concepts and then narrow them to the right solution

• Simplify design elements with an eye for detail

• You will partner with lean, cross-functional teams to rapidly bring features from idea to prototype to final implementation

• You will help create and foster our design culture and standards for continuous learning and improvement as we grow our design organization
