Mission
Comand AI is looking for a brilliant and passionate designer to create a world-class user experience for our users. As one of the first employees, you will have a major impact on shaping the future of AI-enabled command & control solutions for our users. Your core missions will be:

Ensure that all conducted developments are done with the needs of the end user at the heart of the considerations, and that the developed products clearly meet the defence missions for which they are built

Develop a deep understanding of the command & control of defence operations: how they are currently conducted, their challenges, pain points, potential for improvement, etc.

Collaborate with militaries and stakeholders to build a vision of the future of these activities, and translate this vision into compelling UX & UI mockups

Collaborate with the internal tech team to develop the UX & UI of Comand AI product

Collaborate with top tier design studios to support Comand AI design activities

Lead the development of the culture of ethics of AI within the company and implement it in the user experiences of Comand AI solutions
About You
A successful applicant has the ability to imagine products, experiences and worlds that will define the cutting edge of software solutions driving the future of defence operations

You have designed or led the design of the UX & UI of cutting edge software solutions

You are passionate and have an acute sense of design, being able to distinguish “good” from “excellent”

You enjoy working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team

You want to join a tightly knit team to step change defence, starting from bold ideas
Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a Lead UX or UI designer in a top-tier design studio or creative consultancy, or an in-house design team in a reputable organisation

Graduate degree in UX or UI Design, or other relevant degree in design

Fluent in English and French
-
Up to 10% travel, primarily domestic, may be required

Experience in the field of autonomous mobility, gaming, defence or security

Hybrid : remote Monday and Friday + office in Paris Tuesday to Thursday

75 - 100 k€ + Equity*
