The Role**

We're seeking a talented Product UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis, with potential for a full-time position in the future. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to create exceptional user experiences that solve real pain points for our customers. We believe that the combination of experience, design, and crafted technology is the way forward, and we're looking for someone who shares this vision.

What You'll Do**

* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience

* Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

* Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

* Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

* Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

* Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

What We're Looking For**

* Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or similar role

* Strong portfolio of design projects

* Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of web/app design aesthetics

* Proficiency in Figma (we live in Figma!)

* Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping

* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A passion for creating high-quality, user-centric design solutions

The Role**

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team and help build & scale our core products from inception to deployment. You'll be working with a talented team of 3 other engineers based between Australia and the US, collaborating closely to shape the future of brand management.

What You'll Do**

* Develop and maintain core product functionality using NextJS/React, TypeScript/Python, and cloud platforms (GCP / Vercel)

* Collaborate on product roadmap and feature development

* Optimize system performance and scalability

* Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI technologies

* Identify areas for improvement in the product and technical infrastructure

* Contribute to product design and architecture

What We're Looking For**

* Strong proficiency in full-stack development with the ability to work across different tech stacks

* Experience with AI/ML frameworks and orchestration

* Deep understanding of software engineering principles (CI/CD, testing, code reviews)

* Strong systems integration experience

* Experience building and deploying scalable SaaS applications

* Architecture and system design experience

* Understanding of DevOps, data engineering, and infrastructure

* Proven track record of building and shipping successful software products

* Experience working in a startup environment

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A passion for technology, innovation, and brand/design
