What is your team mission?

Our mission is to help every support and operations team leverage the state of the art in AI technology. Tools augment our capacity to create — however, they can also be a limiting factor in maximizing efficiency. We're looking to build and design tools to unleash the full potential of human ability and creativity by better interpreting and catalyzing human intent into output — not only through better models but also through better interfaces.

Introduce us to your team

We're a small team that's been working at the intersections of AI customer support and design. We started our work by conducting research from first-principles and asking the important questions:

  • How can we most effectively help customers resolve issues?

  • How can we help teams understand their customer's needs?

We then started designing an experience to augment support agents, visualize issue types, and creating relevant automations.
