Designed features for a devtool aimed at making the Incident Management process as painless. I designed features such as Analytics, an improved field mapping experience, and a new feature called Alert Routing which allowed users to create automations from ingested alerts from third party providers.

Designed financial products from the ground up to help PwC build SaaS products based on the firm's financial expertise. I worked in the part of the firm originally known as "New Ventures" which acted as an internal startup incubator. Working in small teams, we quickly designed and built products to validate with customers. In doing so, I also taught my peers the fundamentals of design and product development.

Worked as a hybrid Product Designer and Product Manager to gain hands on experience with the product development process. From my time at Internet Brands, I worked on a health tech product known as Demandforce which automated marketing communication for SMB businesses.
