Led a design system Shipwright that has achieved 6500+ downloads on Figma Community and served as an Instructor for a design system course.

Drove the design process streamlining by 80% in order to drive e�fficiency in project initiation with Shipwright Design System.

Created an innovative market that links sponsors with sites and sites with studies.
Along the way, worked with developers to make a plan that would work and a better handoff.
Supported the Design systems team at Ford to get started with their design systems in the figma, with the best practices, that could be used to for their multiple brands like FORD, and LINCOLN.
Led collaboration with a client in the healthcare industry to come up with a key screens flow idea, interviewed users, and put together an investor pitch deck, which led to $5 million in initial project funding.
Performed an UX audit of their current app at that time and made ideas for how to make the experience better based on interviews with users and analysis of other apps and accessibility.
Led a team of 2 junior designer to create a design system from scratch that could be used for mobile and web apps.
Oversaw the design and strategy work to talk to users and find a way to give the baby products business, which is worth a million dollars, a more personalized experience.
Build a content management system-enabled website on webflow.
Collaborated with two Senior Designers to help redesigned Oneplan Events website with better storytelling and visuals.
Personally helped them with some visuals and creating a style guide.
Collaborated on a problem with pollen allergies with a marketing team in London.
We made a website called "Pollen Pal" to help people who are allergic to pollen get ready for spring. It was the result of a lot of user study and interviews. Also, let them know how much pollen is in their area.
Side Projects
Designed and Developed a website on Webflow within a 7 days period to help freelancers, entrepreneurs to come work at Headway's office as an Co-Working space.
ZeroMe, is helping organization reduce the carbon Footprint by the employers to help achieve Sustainability.
Headway's helped the team to make this vision possible. We led the design and development and making it possible.
Led the research for their onboarding flow for the users to figure out the breakdown.
Collaborated with Sr. Product Manager and Design Head to come up with a solution of their onboarding flow by breaking down into steps making an impact of 90% increment in the flow.
Collaborated with the Sr. Product manager to help them design a cohesive system with resuable elements to solve the UX of their inventory platform by 80%.
Performed research and tsting to validate the idea before handing off the design to development team.
