• Pioneered augmented reality interface design for spatial music creation and consumption across mobile, tablet, mixed reality headset apps; setting a new standard for platform engagement, accessibility, and operational efficiency by building from 0 to 1.

• Led the liaison for design and development of a wearable AI music device, made detailed 3D product renders, contributed to foundational design systems, and collaborated with stakeholders to visualize and refine the final product.

• Worked closely with engineers and product managers to iterate on design prototypes, address user feedback, and integrate new features; enhanced the overall user experience and aligned with evolving product goals.

• Designed, tested, introduced grocery wayfinding solutions by incorporating 2D maps and augmented reality, improved navigation efficiency and significantly enriched eCommerce for 14.5M+ digitally engaged shoppers.

• Developed and integrated comprehensive web, mobile, and in-person experiences by identifying user personas, customer journey maps, led to a 75% increase in customer satisfaction across 2000+ stores of Stop & Shop, Food Lion, GIANT, and Giant Food.

• Conducted HCI research, literature reviews on the role of UX/UI in combating misinformation on social media; built and tested 5 prototypes of Community Notes (Birdwatch) by X (Twitter), achieved 80% success rate, iterated solutions based on user feedback.
