Zumper is the largest privately owned online rental marketplace in North America. As Staff Product Designer, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, grew and maintained our design system, and delivered exceptional user experiences across our native app and web platforms.

Lead Product Designer at Myia Health

At Myia, I led the design of an innovative remote healthcare platform that enables predictive, high-quality care at scale. I engaged stakeholders, engineers, healthcare providers, data scientists, and regulatory experts to develop time-saving clinician workflows and tools to help patients track their health at home. With our VP of Design, I defined principles that would ensure a cohesive experience across digital, written, and printed touchpoints.

As part of Salesforce's Customer Success Group, a specialized in-house consultancy, I collaborated with high-profile clients like Love's Travel Stops, DentaQuest, and Siemens, to transform their unique pain points into tailored experiences that deepened customer loyalty and maximized the value of their Salesforce investments.

I crafted impactful branding and digital products for industry leaders across retail, education, hospitality, and finance. My comprehensive role involved managing visual design, brand identity, art direction, service design, and UX design throughout all project lifecycles.
